Additionally, we partner with trusted payment processors and provide real-time tracking of funds. 100% of donations go directly to the intended cause after standard processing fees.

Donations are typically non-refundable as they are immediately transferred to campaign beneficiaries. However, if there's an issue with fraud or the campaign fails to meet its stated goals, please contact our support team within 30 days, and we'll review your case individually.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are PCI-DSS compliant.

Click the "Start a Campaign" button on our homepage. You'll need to create an account, provide details about your cause, set a funding goal, upload images/videos, and verify your identity. Our team reviews campaigns within 24-48 hours before they go live.

With Helping Hand, you keep whatever you raise! Unlike some platforms, we don't use an all-or-nothing model. If you don't reach your full goal, you can still withdraw the funds raised to put toward your cause, or you can extend your campaign duration.

Once your campaign is verified and you've passed the initial review, you can request withdrawals at any time. Funds typically arrive in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.

We believe in transparency. Helping Hand charges a 5% platform fee on funds raised. Payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) charge an additional 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. For verified charitable causes, we offer a reduced 3% platform fee.

No hidden fees. What you see is what you get. The only costs are the platform fee and payment processing fees outlined during campaign creation. No monthly subscription, no setup fees.

We have a dedicated Trust & Safety team that reviews every campaign before approval. We verify identity documents, cross-reference with public records, and use AI-powered fraud detection. Users can also report suspicious campaigns, which we investigate immediately.

In the rare event that a campaign is found to be fraudulent, we have a Donor Protection Guarantee. We'll refund your full donation within 14 days of the investigation conclusion. Since our founding, we've maintained a 99.8% legitimacy rate across all campaigns.
